Finally a solution for the outdated & hard to install hood and deck lid seals on your bug. New Generation Seals are easy to install, they simply fit over the lip on the edge of the hood or deck lid. We guarantee they will be the fastest hood seal you have ever installed. Even Volkswagen switched over to these seals towards the end of production of the Beetle. New Generation hood seals also help fill that gap when you have a poor fitting hood. You see just the edge of the seal when the hood is shut.

Bug Hood Seal $20

New Generation bug hood seal comes in a 9’ 8” long section that you trim to fit. It will fit all years of Bug and Super Beetle. Seal fits around the front and sides of the hood in 1 continuous piece. You will still need to use your factory seal along the rear cowl, or purchase our custom made 4’ long rear hood seal strip to seal this area. Sold separately Part # 10-300
