Dubber’s Toy Box will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damaged including direct or indirect labor, towing, repair, lodging, garage, medical or legal expense in any way attributable to the use of any item we supply through this website, thesamba.com, the store or to the delay or inconvenience caused by necessity of repairing of any such item. These are auto parts that are designed to be used for a certain use. They can become dangerous and may cause injury if modified, altered or not used for their intended purpose. Dubber’s toy Box will not assume any liability or pay you for any injury caused to you or others by any misuse, alteration, or modification of our products.

Shipping

We at Dubber’s Toy Box, will do our best to ship within 24-48 hours of orders being placed. However we do not stock all items on site. Orders placed on Thursday through the weekend will be shipped the following Tuesday, barring inventory outages or backorders. In the case of inventory changes, the customer will be notified. In the event that your order gets damaged during shipping, please notify the shipping company and file a damage claim.

Returns, Cancellations, Errors & Pricing

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 48 hours at sales@dubberstoybox.com or 714-900-DUBS. returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. A copy of the invoice is required for all returns or exchanges.

Shipping for returns or errors is not refundable & return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense. No Exceptions. NO RETURNS on electrical items, special orders, carburetors, engines, transmission, chemicals, tools, emissions (smog) related products or parts that have been installed.

Cancellations and/or returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In the possibility that a shipping error may have occurred, please contact us at sales@dubberstoybox.com or at 714-900-DUBS. We will send out a replacement part(s) as soon as you send the part(s) sent in error back to us. Or if you are in a hurry we can bill your credit card for the replacement part(s) and issue a credit after you get the parts sent in error back to us. We will ship the correct part(s) back to you at no additional shipping cost.
